750k SF Warehouse Planned In Chanhannon

There is 18.1M SF of industrial spec construction underway in the greater Chicago area. IDI Gazeley recently broke ground on one of the two largest projects in the pipeline: a 750k SF building at 23700 West Bluff Road in Chanhannon.

This building is one of four planned for the 100-acre Chanhannon Corporate Center, an industrial and logistics park with nearly 2M SF of available space when completed. This building is expandable to 1.3M SF. Its location near the I-55 interchange will make it desirable for big-box and e-commerce retailers looking for access to area highways with minimal hassle.

IDI Gazeley retained Cushman & Wakefield's Jason West, Sean Henrick and Michael Magliano to market the property, which will be completed in Q1 2017.
