The Jersey barriers are finally down from the front of the Block 37 retail building, being developed by Joseph A. Freed & Associates and built by W.E. O'Neil Construction. Anthropologie, PUMA,Zara, and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises  are set to open in the fall. Freed's Larry Freed  says he's excited to see the area finally open to pedestrians and expects all the retailers on site to be up and running by Spring 2010.
