The Stars Come Out for CONLON/Christie's Holiday Party

CONLON Commercial and Christie's held its holiday party at the newly opened pizzeria Bottled Blonde last week. Among those in attendance were local celebs including John Cusack and Bill and Giuliana Rancic (pictured, with CONLON's Sean Conlon, left). Cusack and Bill Rancic are investors in CONLON's recent $51M acquisition of the Talbott Hotel.

The party was the capper for a banner year for CONLON, which emerged as a player in River North in 2015. A Conlon-Joe Scoby JV bought the Rainforest Cafe for $14M in July. Conlon also owns the space at 504 N Wells where Bottle Blonde opened, and purchased 401 W Ontario for $6.5M in August, which will become Conlon's new HQ.
