While the bands were rehearsing,MB Real Estate was busy signing a 22k-SF lease for the American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees 31 at Michigan Plaza(205/225 N. Michigan Ave.). The 100,000 member union is moving offices from 29 N. Wacker Dr. MB Real Estate's Mark A. Buth and Kathleen Bertrand  repped building ownership while Edward Schwartz  of Bradford Allen Realty Services and June Simonian of Lee and Associates,  formerly of Bradford Allen, represented the tenant. Owners of the two-tower plaza agreed to donate $11,000 to the Greater Chicago Food Depository  as part of its Wave Good-bye to Hunger program, which donates 50 cents for every square foot leased by the end of July this year.
