Charles River Analytics To Double HQ Space In Cambridge

Charles River Analytics is nearly doubling its space in Cambridge. The company inked a renewal and expansion recently, and come 2018, it'll hit 83k SF at 625 Mount Auburn St, where it's been since 2001, the Boston Business Journal reports.

The building is owned by KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, CA. CBRE/New England's Robert Fitzgerald repped KBS, while CBRE/New England's Curtis Cole repped the tenant. [BBJ]
