Downtown Crossing
Nexthink, a Swiss IT analytics company, inked a deal at 99 Chauncy St in Downtown Crossing, which will be its permanent US HQ. The move will involve doubling its employee base in the coming year. The company opened a temporary office at One Kendall Square in Cambridge in March; its permanent space in Downtown Crossing will total 3,500 SF.
The company is the latest in a long line of tech tenants to come to Downtown Crossing. Ninety-three technology, advertising, media and information-based firms occupy around 1.8M SF in Downtown Crossing and the area around North Station, the Boston Business Journal reports, citing research by Boston Properties.
