Nexthink Latest Tech Company To Make Downtown Crossing Home

Nexthink, a Swiss IT analytics company, inked a deal at 99 Chauncy St in Downtown Crossing, which will be its permanent US HQ. The move will involve doubling its employee base in the coming year. The company opened a temporary office at One Kendall Square in Cambridge in March; its permanent space in Downtown Crossing will total 3,500 SF.

The company is the latest in a long line of tech tenants to come to Downtown Crossing. Ninety-three technology, advertising, media and information-based firms occupy around 1.8M SF in Downtown Crossing and the area around North Station, the Boston Business Journal reports, citing research by Boston Properties. Nexthink has offices in France, the UK, the UAE, Germany, Spain and India. [BBJ]
