Demandware
Demandware, an e-commerce firm, is planning to expand its HQ at 5 Wall St in Burlington from 116k SF to more than 181k SF in three stages beginning in January, a 55% increase in space.
That's despite its plans to be acquired by customer-relationship management software specialist Salesforce. The expanding HQ could accommodate as many as 900 employees, the Boston Business Journal reports, citing SEC filings by the company. The expansion would be complete by 2021. [BBJ]
