Hamilton Plans Apartments Near Packard's Corner

Hamilton Co plans to develop a 114-unit multifamily project a block away from Packard’s Corner (pictured).

The project will be on 3.8 acres at 45-55 Brighton Ave and 70-83 Gardner St, including a 35-unit property on Gardner and a 76-unit property on Brighton. Most of the buildings in the new properties would have two-bedroom units.

The company also plans to restore and renovate the Victorian house at 83 Gardner St into three units, the Boston Business Journal reports. The properties will be connected through a landscaped walkway. [BBJ]
