Alloy At Assembly Row Tops Off

Federal Realty Investment Trust's Alloy at Assembly Row in Somerville topped off recently. The property will include 122 units when it is completed next year. It is the first upscale condo development in Assembly Row, to go along with its retail, restaurants, office space and a hotel.
