Leominster Industrial Property Trades For $31M

A 558k SF industrial property at 25 Tucker Dr in Leominster, until recently vacant but now fully occupied, sold for $31.5M.

That's about three times its last purchase price. The seller was Hudson-based Calare Properties and the buyer was Key Mass LLC. After acquiring the property for almost $12M in 2012, Calare invested $4M to upgrade the warehouse and office space at the property and then leased it to Affordable Interior Systems, the Boston Business Journal reports.
