The firm signed a nearly 80K SF lease at South Station Tower and is expected to relocate in late 2027, landlord Hines announced Tuesday.

The lease is roughly 20K SF larger than the law firm's current office at Chiofaro Cos.' One International Place, The Boston Globe reported. The law firm has 3,200 attorneys across the globe, with 51 offices in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia.

At South Station Tower, Greenberg Traurig joins tenants including JPMorgan Chase, which signed a 250K SF lease; FM Global, which signed a 57K SF lease; and Citadel, which signed an 11K SF lease.

The mixed-use tower was completed in 2025 and consists of 680K SF of office space and 166 luxury condominiums. The tower includes a nearly 1-acre Sky Park and three food and beverage concepts.

"Greenberg Traurig’s decision to relocate its Boston office to the tower underscores the demand for thoughtfully designed, highly amenitized workplaces that foster collaboration, support employee well-being and position companies for long-term growth," Hines Senior Managing Director Sarah Hawkins said in a statement.
