Chestnut Hill Realty assistant property manager Mike McHugh is even more ecstatic now than when he won the company’s leasing award recently (above). On Saturday in Denver, he’ll accept the National Apartment Association’s PARAGON Award as Leasing Professional of the Year. Chestnut Hill regional manager Sam Smart calls Mike humble, hardworking, and one who jumps to solve problems without being asked. He’s only 24, but he connects with everyone at the property where he works, Norwood Gardens— even Edna, a 104-year-old resident.
