The architect is Tise Design and Suffolk Construction is providing pre-construction services. Charing Cross will also be the debut for a new multifamily marketing firm, IGNITION Residential. Merrill is a founder along with Michael and PT, who are also principals of Charlesgate Realty Group, which they will continue to operate.
