Yesterday, the City Planning Commission unanimously voted to grant final approval for an apartment skyscraper at 414 Light St, the former McCormick property, reports the Baltimore Business Journal. It's the last major hurdle that developer Questar Properties (above, its CEO Stephen Gorn) needed to clear in order for the $140M tower to begin construction, estimated for Q2, the BBJ reports.
