Harford County Apartment Complex to Be Completed in January

Klein Enterprises and the Dolben Co are developing the Park at Winter's Run, a 288-unit apartment complex in Harford County's Bel Air, to be delivered January '16, close to Routes 1 and 40. The project's engineer, Bohler Engineering, sent us this pic of a happy hour celebrating with their clients at the Greene Turtle in Towson Oct. 1.
