Two apartment buildings in Northwest Baltimore are on the market for $6.3M, according to SVN Realsite, whose multifamily practice was hired to market the portfolio on behalf of Sage Management.

Windsor Arms Apartments, at 4303 Wakefield Road, consists of 55 two-bedroom apartments and one retail unit. Westchester Apartments, at 4506 Westchester Road, consists of 42 two-bedroom units and four one-bedroom units, with the space to add 14 units.

Located in the Windsor Hills neighborhood, both buildings are near Coppin State University, Baltimore City Community College, Mondawmin Mall and the Social Security Administration. They're also close to Interstates 70 and 695.
