Biggest Block For Sale; The Deal Sheet

Sabre Holdings tapped Jones Lang LaSalle as the exclusive leasing agent for its 560k SF former HQ just south of DFW International Airport. JLL EVP  Frank Ricca tells us HP plans to move out in a year, making this is the largest block of office space available in the entire Metroplex.
 
Located at 13951 Trinity Blvd. in Fort Worth (photo from bing.com), Frank tells us the property features a secluded campus environment, which is completely fenced. Priced at less than $15/SF, he adds that “this is an excellent option for a tenant looking for great security and ample space at a fraction of the cost of building a new campus. The facility is also readily convertible for a tenant in the medical or education field.” JLL VP Ryan Matthews and associate Will James will work with Frank to direct leasing efforts.
