Ironwood Partners Buys 17 Acres in Stone Oak

Ironwood Partners, a local investment group led by Robert Braubach, purchased 17.3 acres in the 20600 block of Stone Oak Parkway within San Antonio's Stone Oak master planned community. The new owner hasn't announced its plans for the site yet. The site had been on the market for a couple of years before transitioning over to Hilco and Providence CRES, which did an online auction. Hilco's Paul Lynn led the transaction.
