There’s even more to look forward to in Northwest Bexar County. Stream Realty’s Carolyn Hinchey and Ryan Harrison (pictured) sold a 13.91-acre tract in Cedar Creek for retail and multifamily use. This is the third site the company has sold in this area, where commercial development has been spurred by housing starts. As San Antonio and Austin are both growing toward each other, this area is more and more in demand.
