Austin-based The PPA Group has just purchased two multifamily properties in Austin, the 344-unit Wildwood Apartments and the 160-unit Club Creek Apartments. Wildwood Apartments is on Cameron Road and Club Creek is four miles away off North Lamar Boulevard. Both properties boast a central location close to the University of Texas, IBM and Apple offices, The Domain and Lakeline Mall. President and CEO of the PPA Group Monte Lee-Wen tells us the properties provided an attractive investment opportunity and the company plans to complete renovations already underway at both locations. The group has been busy adding to its portfolio and has purchased three properties in the past six weeks.
