| Here's a role model for those for-sale properties. We got word that Easlan Capital and Duluth-based Crossgate Partners just purchased1090 and 1130 Northchase Parkway, a two-building, 160k SF office project off Delk Road in Marietta, for $7.7M. The dynamic duo that brokered this deal: Easlan's Todd Syprett and Transwestern's Kevin Markwordt. In fact, Todd says he helped renew Focus Receivables there for 35k SF, with Cassidy Turley's Kirk Diamond representing the tenant. As for Kevin, he's been taking the distress out ofdistressed properties lately, having helped sell both Five Points Plaza in Downtown to Nakash Holdings for $6M and Roswell Business Center for $6.5M to Johnson Hailey Investments. |
