Fortress Flipping AT&T's Buckhead Campus

year after buying AT&T's massive campus just outside of Buckhead, Fortress Investment Group has put it back up for sale.

Fortress has tapped HFF to sell AT&T Lenox Park Campus, the 1.1M SF complex that's home to AT&T Mobility and includes 1025, 1055, 1057 and 1277 Lenox Park Blvd as well as 2180 Lake Blvd, according to Commercial Real Estate Direct.

Fortress purchased the property from Columbia Property Trust last year for $290M. [CRED]
