Dilweg Continues Atlanta Push, Buys 418K SF Central Perimeter Office Building

The Pointe Office Complex In Sandy Springs

A North Carolina office investor has made further inroads into Atlanta's office market, this time in Central Perimeter.

The Dilweg Cos. purchased The Pointe, a two-building, 418K SF mid-rise office complex in Sandy Springs. The buildings off Northridge Road traded for an undisclosed sum. Calls to Dilweg were not returned as of press time.

This is Dilweg's fifth acquisition in Atlanta, where it now owns nearly 2M SF of office space, including Centennial Tower in Downtown Atlanta, Royal Centre in Alpharetta and 250 East Ponce in Decatur. At the time of Centennial's purchase in 2015, Dilweg CEO Anthony Dilweg told Bisnow that his firm planned to buy more in Atlanta over the next two years. The firm expects to infuse some $3M into The Pointe's common areas, amenities and operating systems.
