Queens’ Top 10 Best-Selling Condo Projects in 2015

An improving local economy drove strong sales in Queens’ housing market last year. From luxury high-rises to more standard fare, here are the Top 10 sales in the borough’s condo market last year, compiled with data from PropertyShark.

10. Silver Towers

Design-wise, this modernist mid-rise condo block has more in common with similar projects in places like Williamsburg and the East Village than it does with its counterparts in Queens. As demonstrated by its strong performance last year however, that seems to be a selling point.

This gated co-op complex is pretty average by Queens standards, but it’s been hampered by its distance from public transportation routes.
