Doug Steiner's Steiner Equities Group has filed plans to erect three new retail buildings totaling 87k SF along Admiral's Row, the latest sign that the redevelopment of the Brooklyn Navy Yard is still humming along.

The buildings all sit on Steiner's six-acre Admiral's Row site, where a fourth building that'll hold a 74k SF Wegmans grocery store and 126k SF of industrial space is also planned, The Real Deal reports.

Steiner plans to build a two-story, 41k SF building at 25 Navy St; a single-story, 13k SF retail building at 1 Flushing Ave; and a two-story, 37k SF building at 3 Flushing Ave.

Steiner hasn't yet filed plans to demolish the decaying officers quarters—yes, as in Navy officers—that currently dot the site. [TRD]
