Acuity Capital Partners Sells 50k SF Multifamily Loft For $39.5M

Acuity Capital Partners has sold a 50k SF converted multifamily loft at 65 Bogart St on the East Williamsburg/Bushwick border to Sugar Hill Capital Partners for $39.5M.

The deal—one of the largest in Brooklyn this year—was brokered by TerraCRG’s Ofer Cohen, Melissa Warren and Dan Marks. The team was also behind the $26.7M sale of the 143k SF 333 Johnson Ave in 2005—which was put up for sale again yesterday.

Located at the entrance of the L train’s Morgan Avenue subway station, 65 Bogart St is within walking distance of hallowed pizza ground Roberta’s, Swallow Café, Fine & Raw Chocolates, and other restaurants, bars and shops that have popped up in the area.

Largely an industrial area, East Williamsburg/Bushwick was recently rezoned and has several office developments on the horizon
