| Reis research director Dr. Victor Calanog snapped this pic this morning outside of his Downtown apartment building. The pile of snow is about five feet tall, he tells us—and his boots are really getting a workout this season. To the left, a roughly five-minute walk, you see the rise of One World Trade Center. Let’s hope the rest of its construction accumulates as fast as this winter's white stuff! |
