On Thursday, the day Mayor Mike declared REBNY Residential Division Day, Douglas Elliman's Jeff Rothstein (snapped with Stribling & Associates' Lori Huler Glick) won the lifetime achievement award, Halstead's Vincent Smith took home Rookie Salesperson of the Year, Brown Harris Stevens' Heather Stein won in the sales category, and Halstead's Judy Oston, Don Correla, and Lisa Rosenstein won the rental category.
