College of New Jersey Fills Housing in Three Months, Starts Next Phase

Placeholder

It took only three months for The College of New Jersey to fill the first 446 beds of Campus Town, NJ.com reports. Nearly all the retail in the phase is leased, too (including anchor Barnes & Noble)...and the property doesn't even open until summer. Now the campus and developer PRC Group are gearing up two more residence halls with 166 beds combined. The PPP will also redesign the college's main entrance on Rte 31 to unify its appearance. All told, the Campus Town project will cost $120M, all funded by PRC. Pictured: TCNJ's Green Hall.
