Google’s expansion in Sunnyvale shows no signs of slowing down. The company plans on taking 222 Caspian Drive.

The 96k SF building was previously owned and renovated by Dostart Development, according to the Silicon Valley Business Journal. Dostart then sold the property to CBRE for a gain of $24M last year.

The tech giant prepared to move into 111 West Java near the Java Metro Center this summer. It also bought eight buildings totaling 600k SF from NetApp in April. This is part of a larger presence that includes space in three Jay Paul office parks. [SVBJ]
