It was rumored the Playboy Mansion’s $110M sale was called off earlier this month, but that was mere speculation.

It was speculated Hugh Hefner had called the deal off earlier this month following a disagreement about privacy. Daren reportedly wanted to start renovations right away, but that idea did not sit well with Hef, who reportedly felt it would infringe on his lifeTMZ had reported the two had been unable to reach an agreement and the house was put back on the market.

But a release from Daren confirmed the sale, Curbed reports, making it the second-most-expensive Los Angeles County property sold to date, following the sale of Fleur de Lys in Holmby Hills for $102M. [Curbed]
