Placeholder

Billionaire Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit against builder Roy Stillman and SB Hotel Associates. The pair signed a licensing agreement in 2004 for Trump International Hotel & Tower Ft. Lauderdale and the suit alleges that Stillman failed to complete the project up to the standards associated with Trump and his properties. Bizjournals has the details on the suit which was filed on April 24th in Broward County Circuit Court. No specific monetary amount is attached to the suit but Trump claims Stillman cost him millions of dollars in licensing and hotel management fees. The hotel is now called Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach Residences. [BIZ]
