MBAs Are Making Bank in Real Estate

MBAs are still making bank at, well, banks, but the real estate industry isn't far behind, pulling in median salaries of $200k six to eight years after graduation, a Bloomberg survey said.

Real estate came in a close second behind financial services, beating out favorites like consulting, biotech and energy industries. The $200k a year salary is only $10k below those finance peeps at Morgan Stanley (who have the biggest paycheck).

Despite big valuations and transactions in their respective spaces, tech and media surprisingly ranked near the bottom of the industries polled. [Bloomberg]
