Trulia's Pete Flint Says Goodbye

National

Trulia founder and CEO Pete Flint is leaving Trulia-Zillow just four months after his company was acquired by its online real estate listings competitor for $2.5B. Flint had already handed the reigns over to COO Paul Levine, but was still on Zillow's board of directors until Monday. Flint said that day marked the company's 10-year anniversary, making it an ideal time to reevaluate things. He apparently began contemplating his exit during the merger, but leaving the company was not officially part of the deal. There's no word yet on his future plans, although they won't involve real estate, possibly because of a non-compete clause. [AIM]
