JLL Appoints New Global President To Help Clients Navigate AI-Driven Market Changes
JLL appointed company veteran Mark Kreisman as its new global president for the financial services division on Wednesday.
In the role, Kreisman will oversee a global portfolio of about 1B SF and lead a team of 10,000 employees, according to a company press release. Kreisman, who will be based in Chicago, will take over from Bobby Magnano, who JLL recently promoted to a leadership role within its leasing advisory business.
JLL's financial services division helps banking, financial services, investment management, fintech and insurance clients improve the performance of their workplaces and real estate portfolios.
Kreisman stressed the importance of helping financial services firms navigate artificial intelligence-driven workflow shifts.
In 2026, 91% of those companies are piloting AI solutions, up significantly from 65% in 2025, according to JLL. Additionally, 31% of corporate real estate leaders expect tech budgets to increase by more than 15% over the next three years.
"AI adoption is fundamentally reshaping banking and finance operations by transforming workflows, expediting decision-making processes and redefining what firms need to succeed," Kreisman said in the release. "Success means guiding our clients through rapidly changing markets with clarity and confidence."
Kreisman has worked at JLL for 18 years, holding senior leadership roles across portfolio management, regional account management and global operations. Most recently, he worked as the company's global head of corporate real estate and helped oversee its property portfolio across more than 80 countries.
He will report to Sanjay Rishi, CEO of Work Dynamics Americas and the head of global industries.
"[Kreisman's] deep industry expertise, strategic vision and proven track record of building strong client relationships make him the ideal leader to steer the Financial Services division through its next phase of growth," Rishi said in a statement.
