Twentieth Century Fox is preparing to potentially expand its lot in Century City by 1.1M SF.

A framework for the development is outlined in a study from the LA Department of City Planning. The 59-acre property would be developed over the next 20 years, according to Urbanize LA.

The project could include creative office space with private areas and open offices, sound stages, edit bays, technical space for production and editing, film storage and conference rooms, areas for food service, exercise areas and central plant facilities.

Gensler drafted the proposal for the master plan. It would focus on six sites on the lot. The proposal requires approvals from the city, including a zoning change and an amendment to the Century City South Specific Plan.

Construction would occur in phases, with a possible completion date of 2035. [ULA]
