Colliers International Merges With Largest Independently Owned Affiliate To Expand Services
Colliers International has merged with affiliate Colliers Parrish International in a move that will expand its services in northern California and Nevada.
CPI is the largest independently owned affiliate of Colliers in the US, with offices throughout the West Coast, including San Jose, Oakland, Stockton, Pleasanton and Redwood City. CPI employs 400 professionals who provide a suite of services for the firm, including investment sales, lease brokerage services, capital markets and valuation advice and local property management, Colliers reports.
The merger, one of five similar deals made this past year, still needs shareholder approval.
