While not as glamorized in Hollywood, work addiction is an actual addiction, marked by the inability to stop working. (If your favorite part of Daylight Savings is having extra light so you can work later, it might be time to talk.) Symptoms include long hours at the office, even when not necessary and paranoia about work-related performance. Treatments range from 12-step programs to rehab to classes on work-life balance.
