Wells Fargo Doubles Down On Namesake Miami Tower

Wells Fargo is expanding its presence in the Downtown Miami tower that has its name on the skyline.

The bank—the biggest in the country in market capitalization—is expanding its operations from Southeast Financial Center to Wells Fargo Center, adding an additional 54k SF. The deal, which involves moving personal, small business and commercial banking as well as investment advisory services, means Wells Fargo will occupy nearly 151k SF at the 47-story, 752k trophy tower.

Cushman & Wakefield's Brian Gale, Andrew Trench, Ryan Holtzman and Jeannette Mendoza brokered the deal for the building owner, Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. JLL's David Preve repped Wells Fargo.
