Owners of the rechristened Carillon Hotel & Spa are planning major renovations of its Collins Avenue hotel—assuming it gets a green light from the Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board next month. Z Capital Partners applied to redesign the lobby, drop-off area and rear yard of the 150-suite room beachfront hotel. Among the other planned renovations is THYME restaurant, an Asian-influenced dining establishment, outdoor event spaces and an outdoor bar are on the oceanfront terrace. The $25M program should wrap up by winter, according to company info.
