The uptick in the economy and industrial infrastructure improvements are persuadingindustrial users to re-up, as Roca Tile Group did recently for 108k SF at the Dolphin Commerce Center in Doral. Transwestern SVP John Vaught, who repped the tenant in the renewal, notes that enhancements to both the Port of Miami and Dolphin Commerce Center made the property an ideal location for ceramic- andporcelain-tile maker Roca--HQ'd in Barcelona--to manage its North American operations.
