Zilbert Realtys James Hitchcock tells us that ubiquitous smartphones and their ilk are well and good, but a companys communications need to be coordinated so that even an operation with a worldwide customer base spanning multiple time zonesand South Florida has a lot of those--can reply to a potential clients quickly, regardless of the source of the lead. (When does anyone sleep?) Zilbert recently tapped James as COO, a newly created position, in part because hes no stranger to implementing technology in traditional businesses. In the art world, he was responsible for coordinating ArtNets 40M-euro public offering on the Frankfurt Brse.
