Real Office Centers Signs Lease For Row DTLA

Real Office Centers just signed a 15-year lease at Row DTLA, a 30-acre property near the Arts District.

Atlas Capital Group is converting the old Southern Pacific Railroad-built property into a creative campus.

In addition to offices, there will be around 100 shops, 15 restaurants, greenspace and art galleries on the 2M SF campus, according to Urbanize LA. Ella Moss, Splendid and Brooklyn's Smorgasburg are already there.

Real Office Centers signed up for around 27k SF of office space, marking that company's first downtown LA office.

Row DTLA will feature about 1.3M SF of office space and a 4,000-car parking garage.

Real Office Centers has other in San Diego, Santa Monica and Orange County. [ULA]
