New Office Space Coming To The Fashion District

The Harris Building in the Fashion District at 110 West 11th St in DTLA is undergoing a makeover.

The former manufacturing building, which dates back to 1923, will be converted into approximately 52k SF of office.

Industry Partners is helming the project, which includes around 6,500 SF of retail and restaurant space on the ground level, according to Urbanize LA. The offices are expected to have big windows, polished concrete floors and exposed brick. [ULA]
