Canvas Worldwide's New Offices Are In A Frank Gehry-Designed El Segundo Campus.

Media agency Canvas Worldwide expanded into 68K SF in El Segundo

The company's new lease is at 2330 Utah Ave., a building designed by famed architect Frank Gehry. Canvas Worldwide was previously in approximately 36K SF in Playa Vista, which was its West Coast headquarters. The company also has a New York HQ.

“Our new El Segundo headquarters is more than just a larger space,” Canvas Worldwide CEO Paul Woolmington said in a statement. “It’s a reflection of our momentum, our culture of innovation, and our investment in the future of our people and our clients.”

The firm's clients include Hyundai, Kia, Genesis, Amazon MGM Studios, Edward Jones, McDonald's and Zillow.

JLL Managing Director Jason Fine and Senior Managing Director Blake Searles represented Canvas Worldwide. Landlord NSB Inc. represented itself.

El Segundo has seen a steady stream of larger office leases since the start of the year. Earlier this year, The Toy Association signed a 95K SF lease at 101 Continental. Accounting and professional services firm KPMG signed a 50K SF lease at the Plaza at Continental Park last month.

El Segundo's availability rate in the second quarter was 23%, lower than the marketwide 28.1% rate.
