Hollywood 959 Is Completed

Construction has just been completed for a new 244,329 SF creative office campus, known as Hollywood 959.

J.H. Snyder Co developed the project, designed by Ware Malcomb Architects.

Hollywood 959 plans to target entertainment firms and offers a mix of plaster, metal and colored glass, according to GlobeSt. There are big, outside gathering areas, a 4,300 SF commissary and 90% of the office space has views of the outdoors.

The aim of the design was to create a contemporary, modern architectural style to contrast with "the adjacent monoliths of concrete and brick," Ware Malcomb Los Angeles principal Radwan Madani tells Bisnow.

The project has qualified for LEED Silver certification. [GS]
