Trumark Urban Unveils New Renderings for $100M Condo Tower

Trumark Urban has released new renderings for Ten50, a 25-story, luxury condo tower under construction in South Park. Replacing a parking lot on the northeast corner of South Grand and 11th Street, the $100M project includes 151 one- to three-bedroom units above a five-level, podium-style parking structure and nearly 6k SF of street-level retail.

The ultramodern-style project featuring lots of glass with amazing views, open floor plans, hardwood floors and other high-end touches, reports Urbanize LA. The plan also calls for a full array of amenities, including a resort-style pool, a fitness studio and yoga deck, a screening room and a drone delivery pad.

There have been no condo projects built in Downtown since the 2008 bust, so there’s plenty of demand. And Trumark's is just one of several new condo projects underway in South Park;  others include Shanghai-based Greenland USA’s $1B Metropolis, Beijing-based Oceanwide Holdings' $1B FigCentral, and Shenzhen, China-based Shenzhen Hazens Group’s $700M Hazens W Hotel and Residences. Trumark Urban plans to start pre-sales early next year, with completion in October 2016. [ULA]
