Work Underway at Trumark Urban's $100M Condo Tower

If you drive down South Grand in LA, you'll see the $100M condo tower from Trumark Urban is ramping up. Trumark, in San Francisco, bought the entitled half-acre parking lot in '07, only to pump the brakes through the downturn. The 24-story tower will have some top-notch amenities, including a sky-pool lounge and a movie theater.

The project is just a couple blocks from the largest multifamily development in the city. Project at Pico is a 1,500-unit, $750M development from Mack Urban and AECOM, which is expected to break ground next year. Together, the two massive developments will redefine South Park.
