Jamison is the long-reigning king of Koreatown, with office and multifamily properties throughout the neighborhood, and intends to add another to the list.

After filing plans for at least three new projects in 2022, the company will round out the year with another proposed development: a seven-story apartment building on Crenshaw Boulevard near Olympic Boulevard, according to The Real Deal.

The project at 1041-1047 South Crenshaw Blvd. will hold 60 total units, including six units for extremely low-income tenants. The project will be 44K SF when complete. The site is now a vacant lot.

Jamison is planning 125 apartments at Western Avenue and Eighth Street, according to Urbanize LA, and after years in limbo, the post office building at Sixth Street and Harvard Boulevard was cleared to make way for a Jamison apartment project with 150 units.

Last week, Jamison closed on the $18M sale of a Fashion District office building that will become a Mama Shelter hotel.
