IMT Residential is planning to build apartments on 8.3 acres at what was formerly the headquarters of Sunkist Growers in Sherman Oaks.

The plan is to renovate the three-story, 126k SF HQ building and convert it to creative office space. It was designed by A.C. Martin.

The property, at Riverside Drive and Hazeltine Avenue, would be known as ICON.
